No. Since you're doing a more defensive Torterra, this'll do. Rock Slide for better accuracy and more staying time than Stone Edge. Seed Bomb so you don't have to deal with the recoil from Wood Hammer. Leech Seed for healing and team support, and Leftovers for healing.

I like it, it's like a mini Scyther. Life Orb for hitting power, and Jolly for necessary speed. Night Slash is an option over Aerial Ace for more power at about the same coverage.

Yay for MixRay. Hasty for much needed speed at the cost of defense so you aren't cutting his Special Attack, Expert Belt to take advantage of his ridiculous coverage, and Crunch for the best possible coverage with Superpower. Intimidate mostly makes up for the Defense drop due to his natue.

Stone Edge works better over Outrage. I would use a boosting move over Superpower. Either one is viable. After a Swords Dance, Wood Hammer will really hurt stuff. Rock Polish fixes Torterra's Speed. Also, use an Adamant Nature and give Torterra Leftovers.

Fire Fang honestly isn't that great on Luxray. It does less damage than Superpower to Steelix and doesn't really hit anything else of significance harder than its other moves. Use Crunch over it. Use a Hasty or Naive Nature here and make the hold item Life Orb.

Yes. Use Recover. Otherwise it is completely outclassed by Swampert. Earth Power is better than Mud Bomb. Earthquake is also viable. Use a Bold Nature for Earth Power and a Relaxed Nature for Earthquake. Also give it Leftovers.

Choice Band or Choice Scarf work better for all out Attacking sets. I'm also not particularly a fan of Fire Fang on Garchomp mainly because of its low base power so if using a Choice Scarf, I would probably use Dragon Claw over it. Dragon Claw can be used on the same set as Outrage viably as it gives you a good Dragon Type move to use if you don't want to needlessly be stuck on Outrage. Either that or consider Fire Blast with a Hasty or Naive Nature. Fire Blast works nicely on Garchomp as its Special Attack while not great is high enough to cause good damage to stuff that is weak to it.

Basically Eon's set, but with sub. He's slow, but
he can set up some pretty hefty subs and allow you
to Leech Seed away. SB and EQ are good, reliable
attacks that get STAB.

make some suggestions, but I'm far too lazy ATM.
