OK, so apparently it turns into Kecleon? in the UK, it turns into Ditto, was Kelceon a typo or does it turn into different things based on the area?

From what I understand all Pokemon turned into it. If it was caught it turned into Ditto. On the overworld it sometimes appeared as Chikorita. After awhile the Pokemon all turned into Kecleon which behaved the same as the new Pokemon.
