New Pokemon Movie?

I just went on tv tokyo to see if the new episode trailer was up, which it's not; I noticed something in the bottom right hand corner, I clicked on it and it took me to this website http://www.tv-tokyo.co.jp/anime/pjt/. It looks like a Safari movie featuring Pikachu. I was just wondering if this is a New movie or something.
