The new pokemon is Manfi and you can catch it in emerald only this is how:
1 Catch 200 pokemon
2 Go too route 200 it will come if you catch 200 pokemon
3 battle a girl there she will have Manfi if you win you get the pokemon but she will only battle you if you catched Kyorge in pokeball and if your strong
4 the lv is 5 when you get it and you can even evoulve it
5 Congrats you have a super pokemon now
