Safeguard is for ingame. Sceptile is a staller... or a Sp.Sweeper. You don't need to teach it all those physical attacks. (especially POUND. o_O)

Rock Slide
Earthquake
Flamethrower or Fire Blast
Explosion/Return

Return is if you can't get Explosion. You don't need Flamethrower AND Eruption since both are fire attacks that damage on contact.

Manectric
Crunch/Bite
Thunder Wave/HP Special
Substitute
Thunderbolt

Crunch is the best choice for the first move. Bite is only if you don't want to breed. Your Manectric knows 4 Electric attacks that damage. ._.; That's total over-kill. Imagine if your Manectric was up against something strong against Electric attacks? You wouldn't be able to do ANYTHING.

Icebeam
Thunder

you don't need Hydro Pump AND Surf. :/ Again, if it knows one type of damaging attack, that's the only one it needs to know. Calm Mind for a boost, Thunder goes with Drizzle.

Sing
Rest

Flameclaw with Sing. 's cool. Take Down without a Rock Head ability isn't that good.

Graveler
Rockblast
Rockthrow
Dig
Earthquake

What on earth is Pound doing on a Sceptile?! Get rid of it quick.

Brave Nature
- Rock Slide

- Sunny Day/Explosion
This is a much better Camerupt, I use it myself and it's great. Camerupt doesn't need Strength. Or Eruption and Flamethrower.

Manectric @ Leftovers
Timid Nature
- Thunderbolt
- Crunch/Bite
- Thunder Wave
- Other
I use a variation of this Manectric, I like it. The fourth move is your choice, just don't use another Electric-type.

Kyogre @ Lucky Egg
Timid/Modest Nature
- Ice Beam
- Calm Mind
- Thunder
- Surf
You don't need Surf and Hydro Pump. Calm Mind is a must on Kyogre, and Ice Beam is obvious. If you want to use BoltBeam, then have Thunderbolt in place of Thunder.

Altaria @ Chesto Berry/Leftovers
Don't know which nature would fit...
- Dragon Dance
- Dragon Claw
- Flamethrower
- Rest/Sing
Obviously Chesto Berry for Rest, otherwise Leftovers. Never raised an Altaria before, but this looks presentable.

Correct format nextime, please. And don't post GS'ed Pokemon. Cheating is useless.
