New Scans of Sonic Next Gen!

As you can see a new type of enemy (Crabmeat 3-D styled and intimidating?) shooting mortars then energy flash balls from the classic games, and also revealed is a city area. It seems Eggman is real serious this time around. That and Sonic still runs on walls, slide attacks, and ....crashes through church windows?

This one's interesting. Too bad I don't have X-Box 360. Wonder if it comes on Revolution?
Robo-Crab? Looks like Dr. Eggman is getting crabbier than before.

Well it's also coming out for PS3 when the system hits I bet and yeah I bet Revolution would eventually get a port of the game hopefully...or that other sonic game for Revolution do nicely I guess.

It's now called the Nintendo Wii by the way. And it is confirmed that Wii is getting it's own Sonic game. Whether it's this or an original title is still unclear.

AWSOME! This game is looking better than it did before, and it looked awsome before. Looking at all the Crabmeat, it's a nice revamp and a nice return. They look intimidating, new and classic.

Yeah. The way I see it they'll bring in a number of past badniks along with the new SWATbot like looking one foor this game since it's the big 15th anniversary and they're returning the series to the roots. No more goofy loking badniks....oh well intimidating and serious works too!

Oh and kinda off topic but new character profile and character art. This time Vector!

I'm just happy the Egg Pawns seem to have been scrapped. While the old badniks may not have been the most effective fighters, at the very least they were more interesting to look at.

I DOUBT it come to Nintendo Wii, for the gameplay won't exactly fit the controller's inovation (not that it can't PLAY on Wii, but...yeah). I think Naka said that he's gonna make a different game for it.

As for the new Sonic...holy smacks! o_o The detail is astounding! And...are thosse CRAB badnicks?! :O Horray! They got the old/new (not sure) robot/mechanical designer back! :D WOOT!

Now...hm...Jason Griffith's still gonna play as Sonic...oh, wells. *shrug*

I'm still having hopes on this having Sonic only. :) Guess we'll TRUELY find out next month.

Glad there is a new Sonic game coming out. I kinda thought Shadow's game was kinda a dissapointment. They should have made it like the one on DC (I thought that was the best one so far.)

There's two things I'm hoping like CRAZY about this game:

1) They don't use voices, if they did, then say hello to the 4kids house-of-puke voice cast!

2) This comes to the Nintendo Wii!

With those two things, then this could really be the greatest sonic game on earth, and in history!:D

Though I think the no-voice hope is more probable, since Yuji Baka *snickers* said he wanted the game to bring Sonic back to his roots!

Bah. Looks like I'm going to have to go back to the ol' routine of formulating a scheme to fool a sibling into purchasing a console I have virtually no interest in, just to play a single game. LIKE THE STINKIN', LAMEASS, DISGRACE-TO-HUMANITY FANBOY I AMS.

But on a more serious (?!) matter, those are some sexy looking screenshots they've managed to get their mits on. And while I still long for my Eggman creations to be slightly cartoony looking punks with eyes that make a china doll look full of life, I am liking these new robot designs very much. They're leagues better than the Egg Pawn garbage they've been all too happy to use lately.
These new crab-bots. Am I the only one thinking they look somewhat similar to the side-stepping 'bots that patrolled Sonic 3D's Panic Puppet Zone? You know, the guys that shot out pink balls and contained 0% Flicky meat?

.....You are right......except it's confirmed they shoot mortars not flash balls...will we get more from that game? ....Maybe maybe not but nontheless varity is the spice of life! And that city level looks sweet as well! Glass exploding everywhere is gonna be like a party except someone's gonna get hurt! Awosome! SWATbot look a likes and Crabmeats. What's next?

I know creepy....one of the new scans how a sign that say Central Park......very realistic I might add. First California locations like San Francisco in SA2 and now the big apple! Yea New York being in a Sonic game (Or their version of New York at least....works for me!).

Now those are some awesome scans.The graphics are just amazing.Sonic using some new attacks also sounds good.
