New team help

My last team looked good on paper, but failed. This time, I have a new team that is decent. I have a daily ratio of 2-3 wins for every 1 loss, which is fine by me. Now, I would like others to see the flaws in this team, that I cannot see myself, sorry posting like 16 RMTs in the past week lol, but they all weren't as good as this.

1. Jirachi@Choice Scarf
Nature: Jolly
EV: 252 Speed/ 176 Def / 80 HP
1. Trick
2. Iron Head
3. U-Turn
4. Thunder Wave

A slight variation on the standard Jirachi lead. It can screw up many leads. With Iron Heads 2HKOing Azelf/Dactyl, 60% of the time, they will flinch and won't do anything. T-Tar/Hippodwon/Swampert/Bronzong will be hampered by Trick, because they are all slow and won't gain much from a Tricked Choice Scarf. After using Trick, I can Thunder Wave it, so Choice Scarf is 100% useless. U-Turn to scout/avoid Magnezone.

2. Gliscor@Leftovers
Nature: Impish
Ability: Hyper Cutter
EV: 252 HP/Def
1. Roost
2. Stealth Rock
3. Stone Edge
4. Earthquake

Physical Wall. Lays down SR. One of the best walls in the game, and best counter to a Salamence/Gyarados. Roost is too heal of course. Earthquake is a great STAB, and Stone Edge hits Gyarados/Salamence hard.

3. Zapdos@Leftovers
Nature: Calm
EV: 252 HP/ 220 Sp. Def/ 36 Speed
1. Roost
2. Thunderbolt
3. Hidden Power Grass
4. Heat Wave

Most people don't realize how great of a Special Wall Zapdos can be. Even with little Def EVs, it can shrug of Scizor's STAB attacks, and OHKO with Heat Wave or just Roost to restore lost HP. Thunderbolt is a STAB attack, and HP Grass hits Swampert, who I have no other counters to.

4. Salamence@Leftovers
Nature: Naive
EV: 252 Attack/ 148 Speed/ 86 HP/ 24 Sp. Attack
1. Outrage
2. Earthquake
3. Fire Blast
4. Dragon Dance

DD Mence. It can outrun all DDMence's with 232 Speed+Neutral nature. Since I have no spinner, the Leftovers allow it too live a bit longer.

5. Lucario@Life Orb
Nature: Tmid
EV: 252 Sp. Attack/Speed
Ability: Steadfast
1. Agility
2. Aura Sphere
3. Hidden Power Rock
4. Dark Pulse

For some reason, when people see Agility, they think of a Physical Sweeper. Lol. When they switch in a Physical Wall, they are in for a surprise. Aura Sphere provides a great STAB, and HP Rock is good coverage on Gyarados/Dragons. Dark Pulse is for Ghosts/Cresselia/Celebi.

6. Alakazam@Life Orb
Nature: Timid
EV: 252 Sp. Attack/Speed
1. Psychic
2. Focus Blast
3. Signal Beam
4. Trick

I think that TrickOrb is a bit better than TrickSpecs. Not everything is hampered by Specs, and I'd rather not be stuck in one attack. With Life Orb, I can still hard and use a multitude of Attacks. If something threatining comes my way, Life Orb away. Life Orb **** a wall more than Choice Specs. Psychic is a STAB, Focus Blast for Steels/T-Tar, and Signal Beam for other Psychics/Cresselia/Celebi.

Well, nothing is hampered by Life Orb. Serious, Trick specs. Life Orb really doesn't effect walls much.
