Hmm, so Reborn Tengu is on there but Tour Guide isn't. That's pretty interesting considering neither are out in the OCG. Other than that nothing on the list looks too controversial or seemingly unbalanced. Though the lose of Glow-Up Bulb and Spore hurts synchros alot.

I bet the missing TGU, WU Rat/Hunter/Zenmaighty, and Inzektors are on purpose, so that the TCG packs they are in will sell.
TGU is on the new Battle Pack: Epic Dawn, while the new Wind-Ups and Inzektors are....well, too new to be hit, as they are on ORCS, which are still very new to the TCG.




The loss of Trishula, Spore, and GUB are definitely to kill Synchrocentric decks, which tends to use them.
Remember, Konami doesn't want us to use Synchros anymore, they want us to use Xyz

This new banlist, the way I see it, is less about balancing the game, and more about making konami money, which isn't necessarily bad xD We have to keep in mind that the White pack, Galactic Overlord should balance out Inzektors a bit(assuming they're keeping their pack rainbow traditions alive) and the new green pack, Return of the Duelist should give us some new Staples to play with, so waiting out the wave of inzektors/wind-ups should be managable. =D
