A few more levels are needed and an electric type will be pretty good. My choice for electric is Raichu and make sure it has thunder, iron tail and hyper beam. mine has volt tacle, but it's tricky to get that move.

The champeon is a water and ice (I think its ice.) so electric is a good thing. but your team looks good.
