How to make that?

When you create a new thread there will be an option at the bottom called "Post a Poll".
Just tick the "Yes, post a poll with this thread" checkbox and create the thread.
You will be directed to a page with poll options then.

Use

tags around the URL.

And some forums don't allow you to post pictures.

Well you actually have to put at least 10 characters in your post here at sPPf.
Whenever someone's post is too short, it's very common that they put that word at the end of it.

Click on browse and select your picture, click "host it". Then just copy what's under the "hot links for forums (1)" and paste it onto your sig.
