Your colors for the shading are strange, the dark parts look akward. Also, you used MS Paint when choosing the colors for the psychic effect.

I know. I am new at this and not great. I had this moved. Here is my newest and one of my least favorite.

EDIT: I love working with rainbows and the D/P Psychic sprites.
