Probably a stupid question but, is there a reason that people think Brock should have Tangrowth because it could be a nanny? Does it have some kind of nanny quality? Was it featured on Nanny 911?

I don't think he will get it because I think its a nanny. I just think he will get one of the new evolutions..Rhyperior, Probopass, Dusknoir, Lickilicky, Gallade and Magnezone where all choices too, but I think Tangrowth is the most fitting and likely to happen.

he hasn't proved his power as a trainer... nor has he gotten a physic, dark or ghost other which are hard to obtain... charizard is the closest he gets to a dragon (which IMO should be. but he cant be 3 types)

Gible is a possibility, as Ash has already had a first stage evo of a puesdo legendary as he had Lavitar near the end of Johto. But if he does get one it wont evolve all the way to Garchomp.

Lopunny: Demand.

5th Gen Cute: Du-uh-uh-uh-uh.

Brock
Sudowoodo: Du-uh-uh-uh-uh-uh.
Croagunk: D'jabber.

I'm sick of D's! That's my prediction but I think it will be a lot different!

I too, am thinking that Brock will get a Rotom, most likely before Canalave City. Since it appears Rotom changes form based on the spear key, no doubt we'll see Rotom changing forms in the anime because of this.

Though, that might mean Croagunk's rivalry with Saturn's Toxicroak might not be continued on.

I too want Brock to get a Rotom, but I wonder what form he would find it in. I'd like to see the freezer, lawn mower or microwave form myself. Though if he gets it, it'll probably unveil those forms and be caught as a regular Rotom which it will stay until Brock abandons it at the Pewter Gym.

Ok, now that the new Rotom forms have been revealed, I could see that as Brock's fifth/sixth Pokemon in Sinnoh(I still want Tangrowth for Brock!!!). Fridge, Washer, Toaster, Mower, and a Fan. It its Brock to the tee. And o does Tangrowth as a nanny for a breeder.

Now I have some hairbrained ideas.

Well what if some of them are foreshadowing future captures? Cuz now all of th main group Pokemon are in the dex, and maybe Dawn will catch Houndour. After typing that, I realize how ridiculous that reason for her getting Houndour is. So, lol.

People will get the wrong idea about you if you state things, that can change. Anyway Gible is a possibility, so is a lot of other pokemon, so you honestly don't know.
