If in a filler arc R/S remakes were made, Treecko imo is the perfect starter to give to Iris considering they both have wild characteristics.
I could see them doing an episode where Ash and Trip trade Boldore and Gurdurr and trade back again, but they don't necessarily have to do it. Boldore could easily evolve without a trade, and Gurdurr off-screen.
Would be better if they traded, but didn't trade back again. That would be an interesting twist, if it happened. If they do trade, they don't have to trade back, since then Gigalith would be owned by Trip. Would be cool if Trip decided: "Screw it, I'm taking Gigalith" leaving Ash with Conkeldurr. Now that is something I would see. It would make for an interesting plot twist.

Okay, since I haven't done this in awhile, here goes:

Because that's all Ash has, because he has no other Pokemon. Might as well make them fully evolved, excluding Pikachu of course. Moves? Doesn't matter.

[img139]http://www.serebii.net/blackwhite/pokemon/025.png[/img139]
Explanation: Do I really need to explain
Moveset: Thunderbolt, Quick Attack, Iron Tail, Electro Ball.
[img139]http://www.serebii.net/blackwhite/pokemon/497.png[/img139]
Explanation: I really like that photo of Ash having all fully evolved starters.
Moveset- Leaf Blade, Leaf Storm, Dragon Tail/Twister, Attract.
[img139]http://www.serebii.net/blackwhite/pokemon/500.png[/img139]
Explanation: I really like that photo of Ash having all fully evolved starters.
Moveset: Flamethrower, Flame Charge, Wild Charge, Arm Thrust/Hammer Arm.
[img139]http://www.serebii.net/blackwhite/pokemon/503.png[/img139]
Explanation: I really like that photo of Ash having all fully evolved starters.
Moveset: Razor Shell, Aqua Jet, Hydro Cannon, Mega Horn.
[img139]http://www.serebii.net/blackwhite/pokemon/521-f.png[/img139]
Explanation: Why would Ash ever have an unevolved bird Pokemon at the end of the series?
Moveset: Air Cutter, Sky Attack, Twister/Razor Wind, Hyper Beam
[img139]http://www.serebii.net/blackwhite/pokemon/559.png[/img139]
Explanation: Someone needs to remain unevolved...right? There's no circumstance in which I would Scraggy to evolve, except maybe if both Palpitoad and Pignite for example don't evolve. But to be fair to everyone, I don't want to see everyone fully evolving because people will complain about 'balance' or whatever nonsense they come up with.
Moveset- Head Smash, High Jump Kick, Faint Attack, Focus Blast
[img139]http://www.serebii.net/blackwhite/pokemon/542.png[/img139]
Explanation: Not that this will happen, Ash needs to actually use the Pokemon for it to evolve.
Moveset: Energy Ball, String Shot, X-scissor, Shadow Claw
[img139]http://www.serebii.net/blackwhite/pokemon/537.png[/img139]
Explanation: I know, I know, too many evolved Pokemon, HOWEVER if Scraggy learns Drain Punch, then I'll be okay with Palpitoad remaining unevolved, though I honestly would like to see Seismitoad regardless.
Moveset: Hydro Pump, Mud Shot, Drain Punch, Hyper Voice
[img139]http://www.serebii.net/blackwhite/pokemon/526.png[/img139]
Explanation: It should happen. And as I've said before, I want an accidental trade. Some mechanical problem resulting in Trip with Ash's Boldore, and Ash with Trip's Gurdurr, resulting in a trade and they evolve. I will LOL if the next time we see Trip he has a Conkeldurr though.
Moveset: Stone Edge, Sandstorm, Flash Cannon, Solarbeam.
What's that? Too many evolved Pokemon. Well let's even it out, shall we?
[img139]http://www.serebii.net/blackwhite/pokemon/613.png[/img139]
Explanation: Just to give Ash some unevolved Pokemon. Since everyone wants unevolved Pokemon.
Moveset: Night Slash, Frost Breath, Avalanche/Ice Punch, Brine
[img139]http://www.serebii.net/Shiny/BW/622.png[/img139]
Explanation: Just to give Ash some unevolved Pokemon. And something really unique.
Moveset: Shadow Punch, Shadow Ball, Dynamic Punch, Rock Smash
But you know, Ash is done with captures and is unlikely to catch any more, because it's not like they're using the Pokemon Ash currently has himself, so why would he need more.

Ash:
/
Iris:
I think Gothita/Gothorita/Gothitelle would be more better with Iris than Ash or Cilan.
Right now there's more pointing towards Ash getting the upcoming Gothita than Iris.
But in the episode she may realize her fault of spoiling her Gothita, and gives it to Ash so she can still be with Scraggy and find true happiness, not the fake, pampered happiness it has now, and to be raised better by Ash.That is until she finds out how he treats his reserves
I don't want to think there's going to be a capture, but it just seems weird to have Gothita here, and a Gothorita in the Kami episode, and not have them be connected. Though they both could just belong to the CotD, which is probably the most likely thing.

But I find Gothita more of a girls' Pokemon.
