I second everything but the Durant. No Durant and Tynamo final evolution (can`t remember the name) for her, these Pokemon creep me up. I would love to see her with a Female Jellicent and a Cryogonal (doesn`t creep me up, go figure why) , the last one will be likely for sure.

Going over this set, I only disagree on a few things,
Iris with Arcehops, I don't see it.
Maybe Ducklett instead of Swanna, (Turns out it was one of the Ducklett trio from a previous episode, that'd be awesome)
And Serperior, I just don't see Ash with Serperior, Snivy or Servine seems more likely.
And finally, Gigalith, I don't think Ash is gonna trade a pokemon and get it back, (I know he did it with Butterfree, don't judge me)
Besides those four things, I love this set of ideas.

Meh', I'd rather see Archeops with Bianca or Langley, preferably Bianca. Or, an Archen instead.
There's still one slot if she gets all the nonlegendary dragons, and Excadrill and Emolga already add 4 other types, with Emolga sharing a type with Archeops.

I was ok with excadrill since it's japanese name has ryu in it. but Emolga was just random. Misty even had more then one water type, same goes for brock yet iris only gets one dragon?

I've wanted Iris to get Archen for awhile. I don't know it just fits. Iris will have Haxorus and Zweilous for Dragon types. Someone mentioned once Iris could be a multiype gym leader like Green. That's kinda what I see with her. Be a nasty shock for people going into Opelucid gym just expecting dragons. Besides, aside from Drake of the Hoeen E4, most of the promenent dragon type trainers don't all use dragons. Lance is the most triumphant example.
Ducklett sure why not. I just wasn't sure to give Cilan.
Serperior. Well for my thinking, Ash's Snivy would become Servine around the time between 6th and 7th gym, but not spend very long in that form as I think most of Servine's appearances will be with Trip. Servine would evolve into Serperior during the battle against Trip in the league.
Gigalith, I just want Ash with one. Gigalith would be Torterra done right (god hoping.)

Samurott - Main starter, evolving fully.
Pignite - Evolves to gain confidence, evolves again in filler saga.
Servine - A strong Pokemon who evolves at least once in Unova, possibly twice. If she doesn't fully evolve to Serperior in Unova, than she does in the filler.
Scrafty - Wild-card, evolves to gain strength and keep up with Iris's Haxorus. I could see Scraggy staying unevolved, though.
Leavanny - A Bug-type that evolves through friendship, evolving soon.
Palpitoad - A powerhouse reserve, I don't think there's a need for it to evolve.
Gigalith - Evolves after being traded temporarily with Trip's Gurdurr. I could see Roggenrola staying unevolved, though.
Durant - Eh, a random Pokemon for Ash that I think fits him. The only other Pokemon I really see him catching in this slot is Trubbish.
Reuniclus - An awesome Pokemon for Ash caught in its fully evolved form, hugs him like Muk.
Cubchoo - Caught later on and kept on the main team; the Gible of Unova.
Bouffalant - A powerhouse reserve used at the League.

Simisage - No reason for Pansage not to evolve.
Dwebble - I think it and Pansage will be opposites in terms of evolution, plus I really don't think it needs to evolve.

Trubbish - Yeah, this is pretty random. It could be his garbage disposal. I could also see him getting something like Litwick (a candle for ambiance), Heatmor (to help with the cooking), or Lillipup (game team).

I could see Trip getting Bouffalant, but I don't see Ash getting Volcarona. The only ones I could see happening with the Larvesta family are Larvesta for Iris or Volcarona for Trip or Luke.

I do not think Ash will have a full evolve team. He never in the past, and why start now. Also, I do not think Iris will get 6 Pokemon before the end of Unova. Usually Gym Leaders that is with Ash do not have six. When Misty came close to six, she deposit Starmie and Horsea.
