I don't know if alot of people will say that's a good pallet, but i don't know the requirements. :D i think it looks cool, different from what i see.

*i like that somehow the silhouette of the hate
half looks more sinister than the love half*

will you continue doing palletes like this?

I think you should make the pallet more like an recollor, and not as a overlay

What is that a pink and black blob? Try to at least make a darker out line of the pokemon and its details.
