Lately Ive been evolving my Nidorino into Nidoking at level 16, for the stats and most of the moves I let it keep it learns once its Nidoking anyway, all other moves I teach it through TM's.

My last Nidoking evolved at level 16,when it was done its moveset was Earthquake,Thrash,Mega Horn and Brick Break. I usually equipped it with a confusion cure berry or a quickclaw to catch physics by surprize for the megahorn, but hey its your call as usual in the end right?

if you need a good moveset for a nidoking then make a thread in RMT. but evolving it before it learns megahorn is one of the better choices you can make.

If you have it in Emerald you can evolve it at lvl 100 and then go to the Heart Collector and teach it Megahorn and Thrash
