Nidoking is great in UU, works best as a Choice Bander IMO. You don't really need Shadow Ball when you have Megahorn, so change that. I wouldn't really use Return or Toxic either...

Jolly Nature (+Spd, -SAtk)
- Earthquake
- Megahorn
- Sludge Bomb / Ice Beam
- Rock Slide

Ice Beam might need a few SAtk EV's to be effective, but it's only really there to counter Gligar which resists most of your attacks. But if you're not worried about it, then just use Sludge Bomb.
