well this way will use it in an advantage...

then go to the research lab (where you get the forecast pkm and beat some team magma/aquas)
well go indoors...then yeah go out and you will se that the Route 119 sign will apear..well congrats this means that is it working
now just check your pokedex where Latios is and if he/she is in the same route well go and search for he/she...IF NOT well go indoors and go out again then maybe she/he will be in the same Route if you don´t have her/he in your pokedex...well you must have her there atleast for this to work...it is anyways a good place to search at....
Second: Rayquaza
well get some ultra balls fellas and head out for this one
this is the easiest pokemon to catch in the hole game

lol figure this out...SHEDINJA´s Wonder Guard makes he only to be damaged by Super Eff. Attacks right?
does Rayquaza have any? yes...ONE ...FLY
so use SHEDINJA! if "Ray" uses EXTREMESPEED OUTRAGE REST so wouldn´t he be affected when he is about to use FLY ( not the charge up) change for another Pokemon
Ray´s OUTRAGE does him confused and he (MAY) hurt himself
aim for damge him about 50 points then he will use REST
well this is the time to catch him
throw balls at him while he is sleeping! thats the thing
