I was wondering which moveset woould be better for a ninetales or if you have a better one or an EV spread for my sets please suggest it.

Hypnosis + will-o-wisp on the same set is as close to an annoyer as you'll get for statusing two things.

i really dont understand in both of my sets i only have one status problem if thats what you mean

also what would be a good dragon counter for a fire based team -doesnt need to be fire itd help f it covered a couple weaknesses -

^Sorry, but that set is a bad idea.
Flamethrower is the only fire attack ninetales should ever have. Go with Mistylover's set, or substitute WoW over nasty plot for double status. Those are the best things that ninetales can do.

ive had good lucky with sets like this ninetales pulls off firespin WoW and confuse ray pretty well i just need evs to make it better

That says it all, in CRMT we rate based on skill not based on luck (Most of use don't like DT ect.) Raters try to point your weakness and help, so it would be smart to listen to them, your set simply doesn't work well most of the time. If you don't want anything rated or changed there is no reason of coming here.
