IF you have a spare slot in your team you get both,I like ninjask better becuase it can baton pass

It's all a matter of preferance. Personally, i prefer Shedinja. even though it's only got 1hp, it's only effected by a few things. avoid those few things and you're good. plus, it's got a nice movepool and is an ok battler. but really, it's a matter of preferance. Ninjask makes a great Baton Passer due to it's amazing speed but not so great for fighting.

I prefer Shedinja personally. There's no reason behind my preference, I just think Shedinja looks cooler.

Both are meh.
Id go with Shedinja personally. It can be a decent counter to some PKMN who can't hit it. Kyogre is an example, unless it has AncientPower(very unlikely), it's screwed.

I would go for ninjask. High speed, speed Boost, decent attack. The only thing that makes Shedinja good is Wonder guard, and a clever trainer always has a move that can get past that.

Both are good. Ninjask has Speed Boost, Swords Dance and Baton Pass, while Shedinja has Wonder Guard and is a ghost type. I like them equally.

Depends on were you want to use it, wi-fi (or link or Natbattle) than ninjask is your choice as it is a good batonpasser and tyranitar are way to common, In game however shedinja is the best.

I like ninjask better, because of the following reasons:
1. His ability lets him baton pass attack and speed at the same time.
2. Shedinja gets easily killed by tyranitars sand stream, being very common pokemon.

Ninjask is definately the best. Its baton passing skills are frightening, its one of the fastest Pokes known to man, and not everything that hits it is an automatic 1HKO.

shedinja can be a impossible to kill if opponent dosn't have right type(s). but isn't to strong.
