Ok, just to clear stuff up, this is why it's fake.
1) It's got "by Yannis Bolman". Nintendo would never put the designers name on an advert, which this is obviosly trying to be.
2) The top picture feature the DS2 with a Mario Kart DS screens on it, they're from the prototype as, on the bottom screen, the names of the racers are written. In the game, they're not.
3) At the bottom it says "2004-2005 Nintendo". If this were a true new DS, it would just say "2006" as this is when it would've been released. Nitendo always starts the copyright on the year the system was released.
4) Finally, it says it's "Nintendo DS 2" however, a DS 2 would play DS 2 games, not DS games on the advert. If it's an "update" (GBA > GBA SP) of the DS, it would not be DS 2 but just "DS Pocket" (just for example)
Therefore, this proves it is not real.
