Face it. If you own a lot of Nintendo games you are bound to own one with the infamous... Eggplant vegetable cameo. Here's some games that are known for it.
Kid Icarus featured a enemy known as the Eggplant Wizard that threw Eggplants at you that could turn you into.. well Eggplants.
Both Wrecking Crew games Mario faced off against the rival constructor Foreman Spike who had his evil Eggplant man helping him to beat Mario in these two construction games!
Or what of the Ice Climber game where an evil Conder stole a bunch of vegetables and Popo and Nana set out to beat the big bad bird and one of the items is yet again... the Eggplant!
Or the recent Chibi Robo game by Nintrendo where in one point in the game you'll meet Kid Eggplant which is a living nice Eggplant who after is freed gives Chibi Robo a Super Eggplant!
In Mario Superstar Baseball Waluigi's special pitch was known as the Liar Ball when used would reveal...guess again... a Eggplant. Also noted that the Eggplant I think is supposdly Waluigi's favorite food to eat.
