All attacks, both yours and your opponents, have 100% accuracy, bar OHKO attacks.

It makes both your moves and your opponet moves 100% acc, not sure about OHKOs though.

yes, it gives all pokemon on the field %100 acc. Im almost %100 OHKO attacks arent affected by this.

this will also make machamp very overused in doubles.
