No luck in finding Suicune

I have a Masterball for Suicune , my party pokemon is a lvl 32 Scyther ( currently training it and then I can evolve it into a Scizor ) and a lvl 15 Farfetch Duck ( for Fly and Cut )

I tend to hang around near pallet town where there are a lot of tangela where I can also train Scyther and hope to find suicune on the way .

Your first encounter will be completely random. And if your starter was charmander, you'll find a Suicune. Your best bet for finding Suicune is:
Go tot Route 1
Have a lead pokemon high 40's
Use a max repel
Run around in all the grass area until the repel wears off, if yuo didn't find Suicune, out on another max repel and repeat until you find Suicune.

What dose the MAX REAPLE thing do dosen't it make you encounter no pokemon?

It stops you from encountering any pokemon lower than the level of your first party pokemon.

Unless they're just a tiny bit lower...
but 40 something it quite a bit higher than the pokemon on Route 1

I found my Suicune by:
1. Going on a random of your choice route and save on it.
2. Run around in the grass until you encounter a pokemon, if its not suicune then run ( repeat this step until you encouter 4 pokemon ).
3. If you didn't find Suicune/Entei/Raikou then reset and repeat steps 2 & 3 and if you did then congrats.

It worked for me and may take a while so i would sugest doing something else while your at it ( watching T.V., reading a book, browsing Serebii.net

Here's a trick to get Suicune, or any other Legendary dog:

Get a legendary Dog traded to your game. Then, go in and out of a building near the grass where you find wild Pokemon. Check your Pokedex everytime you go out and if Suicune is where you are, use max repel and then don't move a muscle. Use Sweet Scent and 99.9% of the time your going to find suicune. Battle it with a Wobbuffet, octillery, or Cradily.

Suicune is the easiest dog to catch, because he doesn't know Roar. You can use Wobbuffet to keep him from fleeing, or you can just use the Master Ball (which is the easiest way).

The first time I encountered Suicune was completely random... I wasn't in any hurry to get him until I wanted to complete my dex.

Just use pokemon like Wobba to prevent it fled then try not ot kill it with Mirror Coat... Just catch it after that.

i guess i was very lucky to find my raikou without searching for it.

I was hatching an egg in the cycling road, and i went up in the grass patch and pop, it suddenly appeared, i would train it if i had a GBA >=(

Ive traded the suicune from my cousin to my game...
And traded it then back..
Then suicune is in your dex and you can find him but then is it still hard because if you fly to the place where he = hes gone.
So you could try this
