I realy don't know why the Nintendo of Europe decided to remove the slots game, but, for those that wanted the TM64(if someone didn't posted before me), there is good news and bad news.

Good one: you CAN get this TM at the recption
Bad one: I realy don't know how or why I got the TM
My French Platinum and me found this.

gambling is allowed but only for people above 18 and at certified places which are strictly watched by the goverment.

too many jerks practically stole money from people using controlled machines in the past,
if i let's say put a dollar every day in one of those gambling machines for 100 days long i would win the big prize a few times but on the 100th day i would still make a loss of 50 dollars.

some of the most wealthy people my dad knew used to put those machinery at snackbars and bars all around the region, the only thing they had to do for a living was collecting the money once a week.
