No Zelda games for DS

I am a Zelda fan and I own a DS, but I've noticed that Nintendo hasn't developed a Zelda game for the DS. I wanted to know if anyone knows if they plan on making one?

Someone in SPPF a few months ago said that it's not gonna be another Four Swords.

They have already said that the upcoming Zelda DS will not be a Four Swords game. They said that Four Swords helped develop the DS (FSA's tv screen to GBA thing), but the title for it isn't Four Swords.

I could've sworn Nintendo (or someone close to them) said they were in the process of developing a Zelda: Four Swords-style game for the DS. Not Four Swords proper per sé, but a handheld Zelda game in a style similar to it.
