Desperate Milotic may I be a judge I'm sort of a good spriter and I know the difference of good ones and bad ones. And for my sprites you saw my sprites I did for your comic but if you want different ones I have Naruto, Sasuke, and Sakura overworld sprites I made.

Does it have to be an anime sprite or can I do a random person? (I think making the king, queen or jack from cards is very fun, or making cartoon persons...)

Why? Not everyone likes anime, why not at least allow video games? with only anime, you're probably going to get the same show being used over and over again anyway. Who wants to see 130 fox-boy sprites?
