Noobish Movesets you had

I'm pretty sure that when we all started playing Pokemon, we didn't know about competitive move sets and stuff, so, what noobish moveset did you have when you played Pokemon before?
One I had in my gold version was:

TYPHLOSION
Flame Wheel
Flamethrower
Cut
Strength

Another few were:

MEWTWO
Psychic
Sunny Day
Solarbeam
Recover

HO-OH
Sacred Fire
Fire Blast
Swift
Recover

BLAZIKEN
Blaze Kick
Sky Uppercut
Flamethrower
Double Kick

So, what noobish movesets did you have?

I did have a large number of lousy movesets back in my R/B/Y days. However, as I advanced through generations, the only Pokemon with lousy movesets would be those that I need to get through the story. They're never used at all in any battles in the battle tower, nor in Battle Revolution.

Man, you guys are all referencing new Pokemon or new attacks... That really makes me feel old, you know? Here I was, picturing these "fail" movesets being way back in early 2001/2002, and I've got Empoleons staring me in the face, calling themselves "the past."

Blah. *grumbles*

The best worst moveset I ever used was the moveset on my very first Pokemon ever, my Yellow version Pikachu. Mind you, this was eons ago, back in '98 or something.

Slam

Luckily for me, on a check-up years after beating the game, I saw my mistakes and used my smartly-saved TMs to replace Thundershock with Thunderwave, Thunder with Double Team, and Slam with either Swift or Body Slam (I forget which).

I didn't get rid of Ember until I got to Erika... I can clearly remember using it against her Victreebel, and it'd kill most anything.

Empoleon:

Hydro Cannon
Waterfall
Swords Dance

I basically mixed the two types of battling for it... physical and special. And I don't know which one I should stick with, since it's not even stat trained.

And every starter that I'd get in Ruby/Sapphire/Emerald would know Rock Tomb. I just move tutored my lv. 100 blaziken to not know it any more, because I rose it a long time ago and just transfered it to Diamond. It's also my only level 100, and it's not even raised well... T^T
