Good luck getting a Swords Dance. FP over Brick Break, but you probably need to develop your predicting skills before switching. 295 speed, no defense is needed, maybe some special defense for milotic and cune.

This is one of the best first teams I've seen, 8/10, considering your a newb. You have a Dragonite weakness after Hera dies, boltbeam hurts you bad, try out Blissey over one of your Choice Banders. You also probably need more Special, right now Skarmory backed with a Starmie will give you many problems. If you want a rate that assumes you're an experienced player, then 6/10.

DO NOT and I repeat DO NOT LOOK AT THE POKEMON OF THE DAY IF YOU ARE LOOKING FOR SETS FOR COMPETITIVENESS. HALF OF THE SETS ARE INACCURATE AND SOME ARE MADE FROM A PERSON WHO DOESN'T KNOW ANYTHING ABOUT THE CURRENT METAGAME.

That being said, the current POTDs are up to date, but Smogon is the way to go for current sets.

Hmm, couldn't shadow ball be replaced with Hidden Power: Dark? It kills Psychics and other Opposing ghosts and unless I'm missing something is considered a special attack.

Newb, huh? Pretty good for a beginner. You may want to swap Metas' S Ball with agility. Then you'd screw over the slower thugs of the metagame. But then again, that'd derail Choice Band. I prefer aerial ace because of all the double-teaming n00bs I live by. Three Choice Banders? ****. Salamence could have flamethrower, fire blast is a tad too inaccurate, although powerful. Overall, it looks okay, although improvement is certainly possible.
