I assume you mean Nosepass in XD. You'll get a chance to catch Nosepass from Miror B. randomly when your Miror Radar goes off---but first you will need to have your Snag Machine stolen by Team Snagem and fight Miror B. at the Outskirt Stand. After you do both of those, Nosepass will begin appearing randomly as Miror B.'s Shadow Pokémon in Miror Radar battles.

You don't get Nosepass in Collosseum.

In XD you see Nosepass first at the Outskirt Stand but can only snag it after that when you get your snag machine at the Snagem Hideout.

yes i know that, but after i got the snag machine back, i didnt get to miror b in time, so didnt get a chance to catch nosepass.
