Zapdos @ Leftovers
Calm Nature
252 HP / 220 Sp.Def / 36 Speed
~ Discharge
~ Heat Wave
~ Light Screen
~ Roost
only thing i have that can really lead. discharge for the para chance, light screen because i like playing defencive, and i need the extra sdef.

Starmie @ Choice Specs
Timid Nature
136 HP / 156 Def / 216 Speed
~ Recover
~ Thunderbolt
~ Trick
~ Surf
needed something fast that could hit reasonably hard, and trick is such a good move

Latias @ Leftovers
Calm Nature
252 HP / 116 Def / 112 Sp.Def / 28 Speed
~ Dragon Pulse
~ Reflect
~ Surf
~ Wish
lol latias got unbanned. id rather have the wish support than use recover and reflect at least gives me a chance of getting away from scizor and tyranitar

Forretress @ Shed Shell
Impish Nature
252 HP / 42 Atk / 216 Def
~ Earthquake
~ Gyro Ball
~ Rapid Spin
~ Stealth Rock
shed shell because i dont want magnezone killing this straight away. rest is pretty obvious

Hariyama @ Leftovers
Impish Nature
76 HP / 180 Atk / 252 Def
~ Force Palm
~ Ice Punch
~ Knock Off
~ Whirlwind
tyranitar isn't getting past this. force palm for the para chance, ice punch for gliscor. last two support moves are obvious choices.

Gyarados @ Leftovers
Impish Nature
252 HP / 232 Def / 24 Speed
~ Dragon Dance
~ Stone Edge
~ Taunt
~ Waterfall
everything leads up to this. nature and evs are like this because it can then take on infernape/lucario/whatever a lot easier. might go rest/sleep talk/dragon dance/waterfall, maybe.
every pokemon with speed evs has just enough speed evs to outspeed what it needs to. i.e zapdos outspeeds jolly tyranitar in case it needs to finish one off, etc.
i'm pretty sure specsmence will give me problems but i'm not sure what i can do about it without changing the whole team around completely. outrage salamence is more popular anyway, which is stopped by forretress once locked into outrage, or intimidated by gyarados and beaten/forced out by stone edge.
haven't played d/p properly for about 8 months so i'm not sure what is heavily used right now apart from scizor/outrage mence, scizor is easily stopped by gyarados/zapdos anyway, as is metagross. i'm pretty sure this team has most things completely covered though.
