Now, before i start to hatch charmander eggs, is it possible to hatch a shiny one on sapphire? I wasnt quite sure whether or not to go ahead and do it because charmander and co werent originally programmed into the game, what do you think?

What are you talking about? All the current 386 Pokemon were programmed into RSE.

Anyway, yes, there's a chance of it being shiny.

Lol ok thanks but it only took me 25 eggs for my shiny feebas(ruby), and 17 for eevee(leafgreen), so im keeping my hopes up for a quick shiny!
