I kinda agree with IB4. She wasn't exactly the most fearsome, most dominant, or anything of the sort. She wasn't intimidating, she doesn't seem that knowledgeable about Pokemon, and has a very minor role in both BW and BW2.

I like Iris as a Gym Leader, but not as a Champion. She's my least favorite Champion, even though she is a Dragon trainer.
