THREAD RULES
-Only make a post that says that you
-Do not spam
-Do not say that Serebii does not accept because of "so-and-so random Netbattle glitch that may not exist" since that is stupid/pointless/dumb/spam/1000 other words

Tournament Rules:
-Standard OU, which means
-The following pokemon will be banned: Mew, Mewtwo, Ho-oh, Lugia, Lati@s (both of them), Wobbuffet, all forms of Deoxys (FR,LG,RS,Emerald), Rayquaza, Kyogre,and Groudon
-Sleep/Freeze/Self-KO clauses MUST be on (if you are not sure what that means, PM me)
-Double Team and Minimize are banned.
-King's Rock and Brightpowder (the hold items) are banned.
- Items and moves that increase CH Ratio such as Scope Lens and Focus Energy are banned. Moves such as Cross Chop are however still allowed.
-NO OHKO MOVES. (for everyone at serebii, that means Fissure, Sheer Cold, Horn Drill, Guillotine.
-17 entrants ONLY.
-First side to 9 wins gets to win the whole tournament.
-You need Netbattle.
