NU=Never used. eg Plusle
UU=Under Used. eg. Gligar.
OU=Over Used. eg. Blissey.

Also, just in case you ask, there's also Border-Line (BL, which is between Uber and OU) and Uber. A tier list can be found here. Tiers only matter when it comes to competitive battling though.
