Kyogre ang Groudon on the same team is a big no-no. Are you sure you can Calm Mind up enough within the time limit? I would go with light screen to be safe. For Mence, go with Flamethrower. As Sheddy will rape you otherwise.

Sheddy won't stop Salamence because it already has Aerial Ace.
If you have XD, you might want to try Selfdestruct on Mewtwo.
