Toxic is not a bad attack ffs. It just sucks on random offensive stuff like Salamence and Metagross. It isn't bad on everything not named Deoxys-L. I'm sick and tired of people saying that.

Well toxic bliss is kinda "standard' in ubers.

Toxic is also used in cases when there are two potential sleepers on one team, for example Breloom and Milotic, Milo can run toxic as it won't be needing Hypnosis anyway.
