It's very hard to estimate, my guess is that between a few hundred thousand and 1 million.

can't say ,it maybe millions today and billions the very next day.
it keeps changing each day,hundreds of new fans join and lots of the older fans leave.

Neilsen rating numbers have become increasingly inaccurate due to DVRs, Direct TV, and that many television shows can be streamed or downloaded through officially sanctioned websites. Including Pokemon, which (last I checked) posts full episodes on Cartoon Network's web site as well as Pokemon.com.
