You're saying MS Paint, right? Then, they're awesome. I like them.

Dragonite's right leg looks like Metagross's one.

I don't see how it looks like a metagross leg o_O I colored it from the TCG pic of Dragonite, so what you see is basically the same as the TCG pic ... still I don't see resemblance between the leg on Dragonite and the leg of a Metagross o_O

Mewtwo- The colours you used to shade the tail are too different from each other, so use more colours in between, or change them so they're closer. It's a good drawing though.
The lineart on the next picture is better, it looks cleaner and smoother.
Lapras- I like the colouring, but there's too much contrast in the shading, and there could be more details.
Dragonite- I like this one a lot. ^^ It's cute.
Dragon- The colouring is better on this. The whole picture is kind of messy though. Nice claws.

I'm not criticing the pieces this time. Unlike me, yes, I know. But hey. I don't care.
The lines in general are un even and sloppy, and the coloring lacks finer transitional color, making it seem like hard, uneven shading. Even for MSPaint, this is mediocre at best. Zoom in all the way, and quickly stroke your outlines to make them as smooth as possible, and it will look better.
You're getting there.
