You would need 1 Thundurus / Tornadus caught by you with Your OT Oar, Meaning it was transferred from Dream Radar for 3DS to your Black / White 2 and and 1 Thundurus / Tornadus from whoever it must also Have come from the Dream Radar though the OT on that one doesnt Matter.

Go to the Abundant Shrine and Youll encounter Landorus.
Catch it and go talk to the Elderly man in the house to the left as you got into the area and he gives you the Reveal mirror.

Its fun, long wait for the Therians.
Takes 20 minutes for the dream orbs to respawn.
You need 600 for Tornadus
1200 for Thundurus
1800 for Landurus
They
Needed for the Reveal Mirror Quest.
It was worth the 2.99 in my opinion.
3D Pokedex is eh.
