Leaving SPPF! G'bye!
Depends.

If you use it in competive battle or battle frontier, go with oblivious, if not, go with own tempo.

Honestly, it doesn't really matter. However, you might actually see someone use Confuse Ray, albeit very rarely, so it would probably be better to go with Own Tempo.

I'd go for Own Tempo myself. While being attracted to a Pokémon can be annoying because you sometimes won't be able to attack, getting confused and accidentally hurting yourself over and over is far more annoying. That's why I abuse the hell out of Confuse Ray with my Vulpix. =P

Own tempo is better since it defends against a status that actually takes damage from the holder.......*must resist*....... This belongs in the debate forums! *slaps face*!

Either is fine, but Own Tempo is more useful.

Better than before!
Own Tempo. Chances of Attract/Cute Charm is lower than chances of confusion (Swagger, Confuse Ray, Flatter, Supersonic, Psybeam, Confusion...) in a battle.

Own Tempo, since attraction only works if it's the right gender, while confusion works on any Pokemon. Neither is very useful, however, since you can just switch out.

I would personally go with Own Tempo as confusion is usually far more popular than attraction. That's just my opinion though...

Inconceivable!
To tell you the truth, the guy already picked! (scroll up)
I would've picked Own Tempo, as you're more likely to be confused than attracted. Anyway, I carry Red, Blue and Yellow Flutes in all my games, so it doesn't matter... (infinite use FTW!)

There's only one move (plus one ability) to get you infatuated to the opponent; Attract, and Cute Charm.
You don't really see many people running Attract, but lots of Confuse Rays. Own Tempo FTW!

Confusion is bliss
probably own tempo; confusion both prevents attacks and hurts hurts u, whilst attraction merely prevents the assault.
