what is the oceaan glitch
It's approximately 3/4 of the way from Pacificdog Town to Slateport City on an island in the ocean current near the sealed chamber area. Stay towards the bottom to reach there and have a mach bike ready.MetalMario said:The whole point of the Ocean glitch is that it's a glitch. There's a tile on that route with its movement type set to land but still has the current pushing effect, so you can use the Mach Bike and run towards it, getting pushed back repeatedly.
The tile is positioned as in this picture:

Use Ruby or Saphhire. The whole point of calls is to stop you from doing that.corsolakid said:for me, the only problem i've ever had with the ocean glitch is people calling me, i let it sit for a few hours while i did some work, and when i came back, someone was calling me and i had no clue how long it had been like that! grrr! is there a way to keep people from calling you? this would make the glitch more reliable, until then, i'm not letting it sit overnight.

Overnight within a 7 hour period while in the daycare, my level 49 charmander went up to level 63 and my level 20 meowth went up to level 52. Works like a charm.
There are times when it is strategical to hold back evolution for different purposes:cameron mathena said:did you know that hoding back the evoluton is a bad thing and it ruin the amuont of natual stats the pokemon was actualy going to get i did this to a vigroth and boy did it make a bad difference in its hit and attack points and than i took it out of the day care and raised it one level and it was only 222 hit points and if i natualy let it evolve the pokemon would have over 300 hit points by now
This is a myth. The reason why your Slaking didn't get stas as high as it would have otherwise was because it didn't get any EVs since it was in the Daycare. If you trained it to that level without evolving, its stats would have been as high as expected.cameron mathena said:did you know that hoding back the evoluton is a bad thing and it ruin the amuont of natual stats the pokemon was actualy going to get i did this to a vigroth and boy did it make a bad difference in its hit and attack points and than i took it out of the day care and raised it one level and it was only 222 hit points and if i natualy let it evolve the pokemon would have over 300 hit points by now
