Although Raihan's Duraludon would give him several problems at a hypothetical Alcremie Ash, because Duraludon is also a steel type, so he should attack him with fighting-type attacks

It hasn't. Just another case of a Pokemon's name being in the title, speculation on Ash getting it until the episode airs. Though I wouldn't put it pass them to give it to Chloe or, of course, Goh.

Though it's probably just another filler focusing on a certain Pokemon again.

although I don't know if we could call it a "Filler" we could see the first interactions of raihan and ash, and the beginning of their rivalry for a future battle in the master class
