• Hi all
Just a notice, we recently discovered that someone got into a moderator account and started hard deleting a load of key and legacy threads...around 150 threads have been lost dating back to 2007 and some weeks ago so we can't roll the forums back.
Luckily no personal data could be accessed by this moderator, and we've altered the permissions so hard deleting isn't possible in the future
Sorry for any inconvenience with this and sorry for any lost posts.
  • Hi all. We had a couple of reports of people's signatures getting edited etc. in a bad way. You can rest assured this wasn't done by staff and nobody has compromised any of our databases.

However, remember to keep your passwords secure. If you use similar passwords to elsewhere which has been accessed, people and even bots may be able to access your account.

We always recommend using unique passwords, and two-factor authentication if you are able. Make sure you're as secure as possible

All those breaks and recaps made me so apathetic that I really won't care much whether Ash wins or not. Just want this series to be over.

Good for you both, and then when SV has breaks every week you'll be wishing we were at the climax of a series instead of on the slow first year of a series

I think somehow this might be a scenario where Mega Lucario is used vs Mega Charizard will happen, but Mugendaina will be used and it will trigger Pikachu to Dynamax somehow? It sort of gives me like we will see a repeated experience of the Champion battle in Aloha

Me Too! with my tired voice, Journeys made me less confident so I don't need another Journeys on my hand so It's better for them to put it to rest and take a hiatus so There is more room for Yo-kai watch or maybe like Digimon.

I'm curious if Yo-kai watch or any similar Monster franchise attracted more attention or no.

Take me back to peak pokemon
Staff lists look average so far, with this one likely being the most underwhelming in the visual department. Hoping for a part 4 where they go all out.

You are awesome!
If I had to guess, the structure of Ash vs Leon will be similar to Ash vs Cynthia with each having three episodes and Ash being at the disadvantage at the start.

I am looking foward to it tho! Give me companions,a good battle and this can be a great battle already.

I mean that's the standard structure of the latest PWC matches with Ash so it's not too hard to predict

I have a feeling Ash will start strong against Leon (Similar to the Alain fight), actually surprising him. Unlike Cynthia who took Ash seriously and came into the match like a Challenger; I don't think Leon is going to be that serious going into the fight. I think Ash will start strong and probably get the first win (Surprising Leon), which forces him to get serious and then dominate the next section of the fight.

If there is a 4th part then core staff wise the battle will be very similar to VS Kukui with Shinohara being in charge of the 2nd ep and Iwane of the 3rd and some freelancers probably going off for the final (we have to see Yusuke Oshida somewhere). Toshihito Hirooka could be a good sign for the first episode, that guy is a super rare so at least he should have had the time to go all out (not that he's ever been the craziest sakuga wise but his art is very polished, fits the companion/rival appearances).

Not thinking twice!

He did work on episodes like XY's finale or the SM starter trio one, which both had some really impressive cuts (though there were a few other directors in XY's finale)

Wasn't just the final move in Kukui's battle that looked far better than the "meh" stuff prior it, though.
Naganadel and the regular Pika vs Koko part still had a lot of great cuts, and both Iwane's episode and the first part too. Part 2 (the one supervised by the team supervising this episode) was the one that didn't look all that impressive, and was pretty stiff relatively.
