Lets Do It.
Ok guys it's me I'm coming to you for help ;p

My laptop lately is on the fritz. Sometimes it'll boot to windows, but then a blue screen will come on and reset the computer, than it will give me options for safemode, regular windows, and what not.

everytime I get a reboot and reset to the system now, is there anything I can do or is it busted?

Bust, since your getting a PS3 and it is obsolete!

On a serious note, this happened to me once and I had to find the start up disk and erase everything pretty much off of it for it to work again.
