It'll level off by the time it hits level 100 you'll see good Special Attack.

I'd keep the first one, since it has 31 IVs in Special Attack. Defences are mostly irrelevant on Zoroark, who is very frail.

^I'd go for Speed and Special Attack, it needs power and speed.

For atk lillipup and patrats on route 1 give 1 atk ev each. sp def frillish give 1 ev each on the route to the left of route 1, route 17/18 I think. Speed, basculins exactly to the left of route 1 in the water, not as far as the frillish, give 2 ev's each. For sp atk, elygem or litwick in the tower (celestial?) give 1 each. In the first cave you come to, roggenrola's give 1 def ev each, but it is not a guaranteed encounter.

All of those pokes give only the ev I specified, so you shouldn't have to worry about anything else :3

Nope, it's fighting certain pokemon to gain ev's which boost certain stats. Different pokemon, different stats.

EV training an adamant Timburr. Have put 255 in attack. Should I max out defence or HP?

Probably HP, although you could go for a mix of HP and SpD EV's as well. Its Defense stat is pretty good as is, and you'll most likely be using Bulk Up anyway.

I can ev train an entire team in 30 minutes flawlessly lol

I have legit pokerus I caught in the wild so if I infect say a Terrakion with it, I can use 10 proteins on it, take it to route 1 and fight either patrat or lillipup and I only have to beat 10 of them to be at 250 EVs in attack if I equip him with a power bracer. I can simply take the bracer off and kill 1 more to be at exactly 252. 2 EV yielding pkmn get it done even faster

Special defense is a waste on conk, max out hp/att and put the rest in def. Have it get guts ability and use flame orb or leftovers

You'd have to defeat 15 of them.

I EV trained my bulky porygon in the giant chasm, from Audinos and Clefables. It's HP is through the roo,f if you ever need to EV train in HP i recommend the giant chasm.
