Hi all
Just a notice, we recently discovered that someone got into a moderator account and started hard deleting a load of key and legacy threads...around 150 threads have been lost dating back to 2007 and some weeks ago so we can't roll the forums back.
Luckily no personal data could be accessed by this moderator, and we've altered the permissions so hard deleting isn't possible in the future
Sorry for any inconvenience with this and sorry for any lost posts.
Here it says running away from a battle won't work.
From my experience with Pick-up, it has never worked when I ran from wild Pokemon; my Pokemon have only picked up items after defeating the other Pokemon.

Any time you are moving, it counts toward hatching an egg
Personally I just use Route 3 since the daycare is right next to it and running back and forth isn't a problem - Every time an egg hatches just use the PC in the daycare to switch hatched out, egg in
Hatching eggs can take a very long time, especially if you're doing it without a Pokemon with Flame Body or Magma Armor, and/or if you're trying to hatch a semi-uber Pokemon like Deino or Gible.
Aww that's sucks. Yeah I tried to steal a Pataya Berry from that Gamefreak man, but after the battle it was gone...so I wanted to make sure it wasn't just me. Should've known it was too good to be true with all those good items on Cheren's Pokemon...
For the Entralink, you gain a level by mission and when you've done the 6 of them the other colour level up. Your Black is 1 and your White is 1: you make every missions ont time and your Black will have level 2, 3, 4, 5, 6, 7 - after each mission: level +1 - and your White will wait until you'll make every missions to level up: 1 to 7.
I don't know if I explain well but it works like that (not sure of the level but it's the idea)
Oh, now his quote makes sense, he's referring to the Dwebble and Crustle on Rt18:
"Hey, check it out. I've got a sweet deal for ya!
You know how Pokemon like to hide behind stones or rocks, yeah?
Sometimes they hide cool stuff, too.
If you find something cool behind a rock, you should bring it to me.
I'll make it worth your while."
Wow...I'm hunting for Crustles on Route 18 atm and the first (and so far only) two items I've found in that area were 2 Rare Bones from Crustles! Man, even with my Compoundeyes, that's incredibly lucky.
That man offers $10000 for a Rare Bone, which is their natural value.
I'm sorry if any of the following questions has been covered before - I don't have the time to carry out a search for them (although I checked out Serebii's related page and it wasn't exactly what I wanted), so I offer my apologies in advance.
1) I'm really confused as to how the whole situation with Reshiram/Zekrom works. I'll continue this question in spoiler tags to avoid spoiling the plot for people who didn't reach that far yet:
[SPOIL]So basically, I reached N's Castle and Reshiram (in Pokemon Black) came to life. I have a full party and about three boxes of Pokemon in the PC. My question is: if I KO Reshiram, will it re-spawn in the Dragonspiral Tower afterwards? I don't want to catch a Reshiram with a random nature, so any help regarding this matter is appreciated.[/SPOIL]
2) How exactly does the Musical work? Other than dressing up my Pokemon, I didn't discover any other thing to do. Also, how do I 'win' in it? Can someone provide me with a link explaining how my dress-up can change the result?

In your case, it will not respawn in Dragonspiral Tower, it will immediately respawn in front of you as if nothing happened.
To make it spawn in the Tower, you need to fully filled all the 24 boxes and have a full party.
To soft reset for R@m:
Save before capturing it, and then proceed to capture it, then immediately fight N, and lose on purpose.
You'll be returned to the Pokemon Center, and you can check the Summary to see its Nature. If it's not the desired Nature, reset.

The ideal outfit for a Pokemon to wear should consist of four pieces matching the theme of the musical, two pieces of another theme, and one piece each of the two remaining themes (Most Pokemon can have three pieces on their head, one piece on their face, one on their chest, one on their waist, and two in their hands).
Appeals aren't as big of a part of the scoring, so just pick a time you think is good (After your Pokemon lands from a jump is generally good).
