Is it possible to figure out how many EV's my Victini picked up during gameplay if i know its original stats?
Edit Additional Query, can i not just give my Victini 20 of each stat reducing berry to take all its EV's back to 0 and start fresh?

If you know its original stats and IVs, then, yes, it's possible to figure out how many EVs it obtained.

It may be easier to use EV-reducing berries, but it can be hard to gather the required amount.

I'm hoping this is the appropriate place for this question... forgive me if it's been asked already, I don't have the time to go through 800+ pages of this thread ^^; and I don't see a search feature.

Basically, in the Pokemon Dream World, you should be able to equip your house with designer items made by a designer in Nacrene city. I've talked to her multiple times requesting various items, I've connected to the DW and I've connected via wifi to retrieve pokemon befriended in the DW, but I never see evidence of my designer items anywhere in the house catalog... what am I missing?

There's a search function near the top-right of every thread. Anyway, on to your question. You seem to be doing everything right, so I have no idea why it's not working correctly. Other people have had the same problem, and perhaps you may find this helpful:

I just talk to her while no Poke is asleep and then put one to sleep and it's in the catalogue the next DW cycle.

I currently have the poster, table, and stool (chair) in my little cottage. I'm saving berries for a modern house.

Since HGSS came out. >_<

Black and White use the same breeding mechanics as HGSS, aside from the Masuda Method rate (1/1366 in BW, 1/2048 in HGSS).

In random matchup you can't, but if you organise a battle with somebody else here you can play a no restrictions battle in the WiFi club.

yeah.. but youre very limited on who you can bring in order to soak someone. if.. cloyster or starmie could use it, then it would be a bit different. i like the idea of mangling someone's ferrothorn with it though! maybe on the ever-irritating excadrill! even though i'd rather just Wisp it instead....
can you suggest a soak moveset, or a favorite pikmin to put soak on? the move still intrigues me..

Soak works best with Octillery or Alomola

Golduck can also learn it as well.

I use it with octillery . Soak+Chargebeam+ wise glasses= fun fun fun

Octillery is slightly frail so I usually baton pass stuff to him or I use a screener for support

In doubles however things can really shake up if you know what your doing

Unfortunately I spoke with her and connected to the DW before putting a pokemon to sleep with no change to my catalog... I'll try again tomorrow to see if maybe I did something wrong ;201-n;
