Pokemon will only inherit the Dream World ability from a female parent at a 50% chance, so if you breed a male Butterfree with a Ditto, you can be assured it'll have Compound Eyes, or you can hatch a Caterpie that has the standard Suction Cups ability instead of the Dream World only Run Away ability (As the latter will become Tinted Lens when it evolves into Butterfree).

But I'm only at Driftveil. I really just want to trade for two certain level pickup pokemon. But besides the GTS and leveling myself, not sure how to find them.

I found that tornadus was an easy catch with low health, asleep, and a quick ball.
It's a Flying type, and therefore unaffected by Arena Trap. Use Mean Look, Spider Web, or Shadow Tag instead.
The Quick Claw will only occasionally let the bearer move first. I suggest reading the description of the item.
I caught a ditto in giant chasm...and I think it might be a 31 IV bold nature Ditto? But I am not sure. I used the calculator, and put his stats on the left and put his level on the right then calculated it. It says 31 for defense but theres numbers in atk and sp def too, and his characteristic is "capable of taking hits"
It's level 55 and I havent taken it out of the PC, so there shouldn't be any EV points right... Here is the stats

The Quick Claw increases your Pokemon's speed when it activates, not your move's priority.
Meaning if your opponent is using a move with a higher priority (Common examples being Fake Out and Quick Attack) then yours, it'll still go first.
If in doubt, show it to the IV rater at the Battle Subway.

He says most of it's potential lies in its defense stat, and that "It cant be better in that regard. That's how I judged it." All the other ones I checked said "It's fantastic in that regard."
Anyone know of a place where I can find out what everything he says means? still confused :x

Nothing quite like Quick Claw activating on Conkeldurr letting it get in a Hammer Arm before Hydreigon can ever do anything.
Makes all those times where it activated on Payback worthwhile
