My team

I am about to start pokemon white 2 on challenge mode and i am not sure if my team is good,
;147; the shiny dratiny you get on the white treehollow
;471; i wanted to try having an ice type pokemon on my team
:595: read that its a good pokemon, and it looks cute and becomes strong i guess?
:501: as my water starter
;280; planning to make him into a gallade
:566: seems like a good and strong pokemon
all of them are gonna be level 1, so what do you guys think? should i change it or something?

A Fire and Fighting type never needs EQ, for reasons Shine stated. Emboar is best with:
Hammer Arm
Scald
Wild Charge
Flare Blitz/Fire Punch.

Wouldn't the Dratini be lv20, if it is the shiny one?

Well, the Oshawott is going to be the starter i am going to choose, and i have to beat the first gym to be able to pass them, so its gonna take a while, the other i already have them on my other file, and they are all on low level, all of them are lv 1, except glaceon

Flaaffy lvl20
Staravia(DW) lvl18- traded from white
Spheal lvl19- traded from white
Vulpix lvl19- traded from white
Sewaddle lvl18

Once I get into the sewers I'm going to catch my final team member, onix.

I am planning on making a "sub-team"for NON-competitive use. They are:

Salamance(physical attacker) or Dragonite(special attacker)
(for salamance)- Fly, Outrage, Rock slide, shadow claw (for dragonite)- Hurricane, Thunder, Rain dance,Dragon pulse

Venomoth(special attacker)
-sleep powder, Quiver dance, Bug buzz, psychic

Gallade(physical attacker)
-Fire punch, Drain punch, Leaf blade, night slash

Lanturn(speacial attacker)
-Confuse ray, thunder wave, thunderbolt, signal beam

Gliscor(physical attacker)
-Earthquake, sky-uppercut, ice fang, thunder fang

Giga Drain is awesome on Venomoth.

Gallade(physical attacker)

Fight + Dark already covers most of the things anyway.

Lanturn(speacial attacker)
-Confuse ray, thunder wave, thunderbolt, Surf

Surf gives it another reliable STAB.

Gliscor(physical attacker)
-Earthquake, Acrobatics/Aerial Ace, ice fang, thunder fang

there's no point in having Sky Uppercut - Fight & Ground shares almost identical coverage, and STAB EQ is definitely much more powerful than non-STAB Sky Uppercut.

Although the salamance I have has Moxie, and I already raised a mixed dragonite before. So i want to try something different, and is the current move set any good for a physical salamance and special dragonite? But thanks for the response anyways.

Just use Outrage/D Dance/Earthquake/Fire Fang then. For DNite, just use coverage moves like Thunderbolt/Draco Meteor (or Dragon Pulse)/Fire Blast/Roost

Shadow Sneak is a Physical move. Do you plan on having a Gallade?

Despite loving my Crobat and Lucario, I missed my original White team too much so after I beat the elite four, I transferred them over to my White 2 copy for post game stuff, maybe even try a battle with another player or two.

If you're able to, make Hydreigon a mixed attacker. Maybe Superpower over Focus Blast.
IMO, the best Hydreigon moveset is:
